When I found the green one, the dealer had put a note on it saying Hadeland. That makes sense, but it's a bit strange that I haven't found anything about it yet.
Oh yes, I'm quite smitten with the Glit pieces, they're so rustic and rugged, much like the place they come from. I don't know much about them either, but I'm really curious.
A mystery is a wonderful thing, though:-) Thanks again Beatriz!tovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12181574311574113584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3734285486183187077.post-72676138466369485142013-06-16T01:22:41.270+02:002013-06-16T01:22:41.270+02:00Thank you, Dana! I'll be sure to post whatever I find out about them! Yes, Glit is fascinating, right? It'll be exciting to see who finds the next one and what it looks like:-) I have a feeling there's not that many around. Our pottery heritage sure has travelled far, that never seizes to amaze me! The cups and small bowls usually have "Norway" and a number under them, like yours, while the plates and saucers have the Stavangerflint stamp. I'll be sure to share it if I solve the mushroom mystery:-) Thank you, Allison! xtovehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12181574311574113584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3734285486183187077.post-56513492424500362972013-06-16T00:44:10.789+02:002013-06-16T00:44:10.789+02:00Beautiful finds! I read about Ray's Glit find, and it's fascinating that they all have such different colors and textures and even varying amounts of lava.
